What’s the best way to eat Cold Freak sandwiches?

Your sandwiches will be extra hard right out of the shipping box. Let them sit at room temp for 2–3 minutes for the perfect, creamy bite. Some people like them frozen solid for the crunch; others let them soften and slice them in half for two, open-faced treats. There’s no wrong way.

How many Cold Freak sandwiches can I eat per day?

Where does Cold Freak source its ingredients?

We source primarily from U.S. dairy producers and specialty ingredient suppliers who meet strict quality and safety standards. Every ingredient is chosen for taste, functionality, and integrity.

Net carbs = Total Carbohydrates − Fiber − Allulose − Erythritol. This reflects the carbs that have a meaningful impact on blood sugar.

What type of fiber is in Cold Freak?

Cold Freak uses tapioca fiber, a soluble prebiotic fiber. It helps create our smooth texture and supports the low net-carb count. Tapioca fiber is well-tolerated and adds natural sweetness without spiking blood sugar.

Why is Cold Freak all-in on allulose?

Allulose tastes like sugar with a fraction of the calories and has minimal impact on blood glucose. It occurs naturally in foods like figs and raisins. The FDA treats allulose as a carbohydrate but excludes it from “total sugars” and “added sugars” on the Nutritional Facts label.

Erythritol is a mouthful — what is it?

Erythritol is a naturally occurring sugar alcohol that adds sweetness and smoothness with virtually zero calories and minimal impact on blood sugar. Like many sugar alcohols, some people may notice mild digestive sensitivity if consumed in excess.
